Free Tier

The Namilio keyword-based name generator is completely free and requires no payment. No refund applies.

Pro Subscription

The Pro subscription ($4.99/month) gives you access to the AI Chat Naming Assistant and premium name results. Here is how cancellations and refunds work:

• Cancel anytime: You can cancel your subscription from your account page at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
• No partial refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access for the remainder of your paid period.
• First-month guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with the Pro features within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us at support@namilio.com for a full refund of your first payment.
• Billing errors: If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, charge after cancellation), contact us and we will investigate and issue a refund if applicable.

How to Cancel

Log in to your account and go to the Account page. Click "Manage Subscription" to open the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel, update payment methods, or view invoices.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@namilio.com with your account email and reason for the refund request. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
