By accessing or using Namilio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Namilio is an AI-powered business name generator that creates brand name suggestions and checks domain availability. The Service includes a free tier and a paid Premium subscription.

3. Accounts

You may use the free name generator without an account. To access Premium features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at the price shown at checkout
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service
• Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled
• You can cancel anytime through your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods

5. Name Suggestions and Domain Availability

No ownership guarantee: Names generated by Namilio are suggestions only. We do not guarantee that any suggested name is available for trademark registration, business registration, or domain purchase.

Domain availability: Domain availability checks are performed in real time but are not guaranteed to be accurate. Availability can change between the time of checking and the time of registration. Always verify with your domain registrar before purchasing.

Trademark responsibility: You are solely responsible for conducting proper trademark searches before using any name for business purposes. Namilio does not provide legal advice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
• Abuse the API or generation endpoints (automated bulk requests)
• Circumvent rate limits or subscription restrictions
• Impersonate another person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

The Namilio website, brand, and technology are owned by us. Names generated by the AI are not owned by us or by you — they are unprotected suggestions until you register them through appropriate legal channels (trademark, domain registration, business entity filing).

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: trademark disputes, domain registration issues, business naming conflicts, or losses from reliance on AI-generated suggestions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
